It is with great pleasure and pride to announce that Superior Signals Inc. has achieved the ISO 9001 designation. This covers all of our processes from Quotation, Order Entry, Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Inspection, Warehousing through to Shipping. The commitment to achieve ISO 9001 Registration was necessary for Superior Signals to gain opportunities for growth and in many cases to keep existing business.
This effort required a substantial amount of work as we documented what we do. By doing related operations consistently we will improve our ability to communicate more effectively, train easier, and implement best practices. This was not a one-time effort, but a change in the way we conduct ourselves with our customers and with each other, every day. As Superior Signals grows in the years to come, we will reap the benefits of this effort.
To have been able to do this in less than 12 months is a significant achievement. Very few companies can claim this, and that speaks highly of the team we have here at Superior Signals. |
