Shipping/Freight Terms:

Products are sold ex works SSI’s® warehouse. Purchaser agrees to pay freight and shipping, pursuant to SSI’s® customer-specific freight policies.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance traveled and type of shipping service you specify (ground, next day, second day). All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Items that are too large or too heavy will be sent by truck.

Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States. Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and export orders. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier.

  • UPS Ground
  • FedEx Ground
  • UPS Third Day: 3 Business Days
  • FedEx Express Saver: 3 Business Days
  • FedEx Economy: 2 Business Days
  • UPS Blue: 2 Business Days
  • UPS Red: 1 Business Day
  • LTL Truck (Oversized Items)

Any product with the Hazardous Icon attached cannot be air shipped due to hazardous materials.

Tracking

To locate the Tracking Number for an order:

After logging in with your username and password, click on History and search for the order in question. The tracking number will be at the right end of the order line. When you click on the tracking number, it will take you directly to the carrier website and the page with your shipment’s information.

Only shipments via UPS or FedEx can be tracked at this time.

Oversized Orders

We are pleased to offer convenient shipping to most destinations worldwide. We are unable to calculate immediate freight costs through the website on oversized orders. In this circumstance. we will direct you through the manual Freight Quote process.

How it works:

  • Add all items to your cart
  • Click on Submit Freight Quote
  • Superior Signals will reply with a Freight Quote via e-mail within three business days.

Any changes made to a cart after you have submitted the order for a Freight Quote will affect the quote. In this case, you will need to start the order process over and submit the NEW order for a freight quote.

International Orders
